Falkirk Women’s XV played their first ever game of rugby at the weekend. They took part in a tournament, which consisted of three 20 minute games. The scores were:

Kilmarnock 0- Falkirk Ladies 36
Ardrossan 17- Falkirk Ladies 21
Ardrossan 5- Falkirk Ladies 19

Falkirk played Ardrossan twice as Cumnock called off. Kilmarnock have been established a lot longer than Falkirk and are much more experienced at playing games. This is a great achievement for the Women and bodes well for the future. Congratulations from the Board and fellow members of Falkirk Rugby Club.
