Today's the day of Kristian's Virtual Everesting Challenge on Zwift - one of the toughest cycling challenges out there!

For those unfamiliar with the concept, that means he’ll be climbing the equivalent height of Mount Everest (8,848m) in a single ride – and he's not just doing it for the physical challenge, he's fundraising for Falkirk RFC and Glasgow Hospital Children’s Charity, two organisations close to his heart.
